Welcome to Mor Doo. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of Service

Mor Doo provides AI-generated fortune readings, astrological insights, and spiritual guidance for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Our readings are not professional advice — whether medical, financial, legal, or psychological. You should not make life decisions based solely on readings from our app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mor Doo. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier users receive limited daily readings
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through your app store account
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect readings or content
• Misrepresent AI-generated readings as professional or certified advice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AI models, and software comprising Mor Doo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mor Doo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Fortune readings are AI-generated interpretations and should not be relied upon as factual predictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mor Doo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on readings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
