Mor Doo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, date of birth, and time of birth you provide during registration
• Chat & reading data — messages you send to the AI companion (Oracle), questions you ask, Siam Si stick draws, and preferences you set within the app
• Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics
• Payment information — processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver personalized fortune readings and astrological insights
• Process transactions and manage your account
• Improve our AI models and app experience
• Send service updates and, with your consent, promotional communications
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

3a. Third-Party AI Service (Anthropic)

Mor Doo's AI conversation feature (the “Oracle”) is powered by Claude, a large language model operated by Anthropic, PBC, a company based in the United States (anthropic.com/privacy). Before any data is sent to Anthropic, you will see an in-app disclosure screen and must explicitly acknowledge it. You can decline; if you do, the AI chat will not be available, but the rest of the app will continue to work.

When you send a message to the Oracle, the following data is transmitted to Anthropic so that it can generate a response:

• The text of your message
• Your date of birth
• Your full name, if provided
• Life-context preferences you selected during onboarding (e.g., concern categories such as relationships, career, health), if provided
• A short history of recent messages in the current conversation

Anthropic processes this data solely to generate the AI response and does not use it to train its models, in accordance with Anthropic's commercial terms and zero-data-retention commitments. Data flows from your device to our backend (hosted by Vercel in the United States) and then to Anthropic's API in the United States. We do not share your Mor Doo data with Anthropic for any purpose other than generating responses to your messages.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Mor Doo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us for removal.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses localStorage for language preferences. Our app may use analytics services that collect anonymized usage data to help us improve performance and user experience.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Mor Doo after changes constitutes acceptance.
